We need a team that is more committed and firm in their commitment to diversity and inclusion. There is a lot of talk, but not enough action
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are not paid for our on-call work, where we are expected to put in time off hours, while still completing our daily work. I would feel better about compensation if I was paid fairly for the amount of work that I am doing.
