I think Nordic's pay is on the low side

My coworkers! Getting to learn new things all of the time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone is open and direct. I feel very comfortable asking uncomfortable questions and not being judged.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all family. It is great that we can all interact with a sense of humor.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they do not hide in an office to avoid dealing with their employees. I love that I am acknowledged on my birthday by the president!

I feel like I work with the BEST teams! I love that everyone is flexible and we all work together to get the job done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took a huge pay cut when I came to work with Nordic. I feel like my experience is worth more than what I am paid. The flip side of that is the work/life balance could not be better.
