Nordic is a good company to work for. However, touted cultural values are not always practiced and role placement is occasionally robotic. Retirement benefits and rate share are also lower than many other companies in the industry.

Occasional poor communication and lacking Manager support and focus.

Rate share is lower and has continued to decrease over time.

Working in a role that does not utilize my skill set well. Pay is not representative of skill availability or expertise. Also disappointed that compensation percentages have kept falling from 70% to now close to 63%. Higher pay in a more challenging position would be a solution.
