overall is good. I do not agree with the LGBT+ life style, which is adverse to my strongly held religious beliefs and I don't think Nordic should showcase that ERG so much. Nordic may loose good people due to that. I believe EVERY PERSON has worth and contributes to society and to Nordic as well.

fulfilled by doing my job and taking care of my clients.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I'm giving mgmt an overall score of 5. Generally, what they do is great & rcv a 10 for that. However; it seems that mgmt bends over backward to showcase the LOVE ERG and the LGBT+ community. Not every employee or Client supports that, so for that I give them a 0, which averages a 5.
