I am excited to come to work every day. My coworkers are fantastic, my manager and division leaders are great, and I get to feel like I'm making a positive impact in healthcare and the world. Again, this is the best job I've ever had.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is fair and bonus targets are easily understood. I feel well-paid for the work I do (though it's less than I made while an hourly consultant).
What are some of the best things about your team?
People genuinely care about me as a person and as a professional. We have a mix of skills and backgrounds and use this to support, challenge, and mentor one another both formally and just in passing. I have great internal coworkers and great customers too!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our meetings and discussions are just plain fun. I feel like my manager and her manager take an interest in me as a person and are always there to support and encourage me to do my best. I also appreciate that information seems to be broadly shared - I feel "in the loop" almost always.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is the best job I have ever had. I am excited to come to work every day - I get to work on interesting projects, I get to mentor/coach/grow others, I get to try new things, and I get to do it all alongside people I genuinely like and respect as people and professionals.
