  • When my group was hired in early 2011, everyone was eager and excited to be a part of a team. We all had different backgrounds and different experience. Our supervisors were great. Since then our supervisors have been let go by the company.

  • Sub par at best

  • The leadership has no idea what or how our job is done. I would not call it leadership a lot of mircomanagment happens no one leads. Worried about what happened instead of focusing on what needs to be improved to make us more successful. Reactive instead of proactive and always questioning your integrity when you are called out during the middle of the night or weekend. It’s like they think you want to be away from your family and friends. Twenty questions should not be a game that played after a call out everytime.

  • Call the HR Help Desk. The employees there are rude. Anytime I have ever called with an issue, they dont give good information and it's like your a hassle.

  • There are no ideal candidates they hire guys off the street who have no real work experience and throw them out to the wolfs with minimal training then whine when their injury numbers go up.

  • What it should look like, is physically capable, have a good amount common sense and be able to intelligently solve problems under pressure
