Valuing their employees, hiring to support, and not wirking people to the bone
It is a total bureaucratic. Who CEO would try to launch 30 products in 2021 when there was global pandemic in 2020. Retention rate is less than 25%. They don't try to keep employee and loosing all technological expertise. In my 12 years, I have seen 8 times leadership changes. Please don't JOIN.
I have been working at Novanta for almost 8 years. During that time my workload has increased tremendously as Novanta acquires more companies and takes on new solutions. The workload has gotten so bad that I recently resigned because I see no end in sight and can't take the stress anymore.
Notoriously under-resourced, i.e. many employees work under high pressure, often preventing others from working efficiently. Inefficiently executed "matrix" structure and frequent changes of reporting lines blurr responsibilities and prevent accountability.
