What are you most excited about working at Nuance Communications?
Working from home if the biggest plus for Nuance.
What's the company culture like at Nuance Communications?
Secretive. We do not know what is going in with management and often in our own groups. We were not even notified of the recent breach until after several days when it occurred.. no information regarding work and pay for days. There is definitely a network where some are favored and the rest are "ignored"... if you can get into that network you can move up otherwise you are stuck in your place. Again, secrets. There is no notification of jobs available or chances to move up. You have to hunt those out. Not cooperative or forthcoming but secretive. Nothing is disclosed to the employees. No employee input on policies. Secretive. New policies are put into place often without notifying employees about them or what they are. It is definitely a them and us culture. A boundary we are not supposed to cross. Not even a need to know allowance. Promised answers that do not come. The old "it's not my job" is prominent in this company.
