The customer facing strategies that they implement, and the access we have to them.

My supervisors are amazing people, and I’ve even spent time outside of work with some of them because we’re genuinely frie
Very open and friendly to staff
No communication they just sit at home all day
They actually listen and aren't full of themselves.
Managers need to be less distracted my personal life while at work.
Give more hands on training
Review from Sales Dept
giving hours, better communication, and in general needs to get themselves together instead of blaming employees for their faults
This could be chatted about for days, its run pretty poorly as a whole. I dont know who comes up with their ideas for the direction of the company or who decides they are great but its extremely misguided.
Need to give new employees proper training. Communicate better with the team.
All store bonus is a great benefit. However, in the last 3 years only 10% of the stores are hitting bonus, and they never reduced to match their own failures
The base pay seems fair
40 hours PTO is pretty good. This is my forst job so benefits don't mean all too much to me yet
Benefits & compensation are attractive for the market.
Paid fairly with benefits adequafe
extremely undervalued, requiring 10x the work of any rep in the building and i face getting fired. id like to be treated fairly and not like garbage.
Because I am being ask daily to do something they will not pay me for. They want me to do a specialist job but want give me the role
Being heard. Making sure they company understands how hard of a worker i am
Pay a fair wage, give regular hours, and maybe cut your egregious salaries.
You feel undervalued in the company when the managers slid in and out their name under a sale you had made, the managers being on you about not making enough in the metrics on a slow day, hours changed sporadically, favoritism amongst coworkers, managers touching inappropriately.
We do occastional work ok together, but this is never stresses by management.
Everyone gets a say in what ever issue we are discussing
Review from Business Development Dept
Theyre all great individuals who help whenever its needed
My coworkers are amazing. They're kind, supportive, and even really funny and diverse.
Review from Sales Dept
My coworkers and supervisors are great people. They’re all very kind and supportive, and with some of them, they encourage me to be myself at wor
They need to improve their work ethic
The only reason why they are not as good as they could be is because the higher up managers don't know how to do their job well enough to train their managers
We need to be leaders and work together as a team
Coworkers need to improve on sticking up for ourselves and not let management harass us
Work. Work. WORK! You cant leave until your department is finished, unfortunately this depends on other departments. A consequence of this is every lazy worker makes your day longer, it makes no difference how hard you work. Workers who milk clock go how early so as to not get OT. No accountability.
The managers set a positive tone, that almost all staff follow...
Review from Business Development Dept
there is nothing positive within this company.
My coworkers. Location management and above certainly isn’t making this lis
We all just get along. Theres no drama involved. It's the best I've seen. We're all there to do our job, we chat and buddy with each other but there's never any gossip for behind the back talk. If one fails we all fail, so we all see the best in each other and want each other to do well
My coworkers are absolutely awesome.
Review from Sales Dept
The company believes in a very low staffing model but expects high levels of success. They do not have a plan on how to achieve this success with the limited resources.
the managers, the whole team
be more communicative to it's employees, at least pretend to care about them
More transpancey from leadership and more equitable compensation.
More incentives. They don't value employees
Review from Operations Dept
Good questions that focus on the reality of the store. They do not hide their short comings which allows you to know if you are the right fit for the job.
Targeted, practical questions that actually relate to the job.
Review from Business Development Dept
They offered me more money than I asked for.
It moved at a decent pace.
Easy to talk to the manager
Improvement should begin with the interviewer
I suggest not backhandedly disrespecting the interviewee's experience and value in the middle of an interview.
Review from Sales Dept
The process itself was fairly standard but the store being in disrepair and dirty really turned me off of accepting the position. I only accepted because the manager addressed my concerns and expressed how it was an issue he was trying to fix.
Not sure i didnt get interviewed with general manager so its kinda hard
Review from Sales Dept
More consistency amongst departments and faster follow-up
Helping a customer solve their problem.
Review from Business Development Dept
Talking with my regulars and working with my coworkers and supervisors.
Review from Sales Dept
My coworkers, and some customers. I love interacting with such a wide spectrum of people.
Being able to make a customer happy.
Fast pace and variety of work to be done.
It can be improved by hiring security guards so the employees and customers csn feel safe
company needs a ground up restructure or privatization. the entire system is flawed from the get go. training does nothing to actually prepare individuals for the role they go into
The here are not cared for. If we feel more like people and less like machines it might work
stop caring about what investors want
Understaffed, customers don't get attended on time, some managers just stay in the office instead of responding to calls directed towards them, radio silence at timea across the board.
Its a job and I'm grateful to have one
