Talking with my regulars and working with my coworkers and supervisors.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My coworkers are amazing. They're kind, supportive, and even really funny and diverse.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

I suggest not backhandedly disrespecting the interviewee's experience and value in the middle of an interview.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

It's all gone downhill. Not much to change it except to make wrongs right - too late now.
