What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Few hours and low pay. The exhortations are often unachievable.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I only have issues with a few of the management. The rest of my coworkers are supurb.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The hiring of new associates and there should be a point when they stop just being a manager and help when We are in a bind..

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I came in working logistics at the wage i assume is the norm. The lead left and was replaced by someone making more than me but doing less.
