On The Border Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Overall it's fair in comparison to the competition

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Becsuse I was hired as a bsrtender, i.eas told I would get 3 shifts. They hired a new bartender a month after.me.with kes experience and she got the shifts first.

I thinkwe should recieve Holiday bonuses

Pay raises for hard working part timers

I cannot reach my HR department. My wages have not been raised since prior to the pandemic On The Boarder does not pay a livable wage.

Bartenders are extremely underpaid here for the work that is required of them.

The benefits have gotten worse in the last 2 years

Review from Operations Dept

Cutting benefits, changing bonus and cutting labor all the time

The company is constantly cutting benefits. They need to show incentive and appreciation for their most loyal employees.

The bonus system is terrible and inequitable. Lots of managers have quit because of it. You could go a year or more with no bonus check.

Review from Operations Dept

maybe have bonuses or incentives.
