Morale is in the dumpster. Both CEO’s are greedy selfish dictators who are ONLY out to enrich themselves at the expense of employees, shareholders and customers. Employee compensation is driven down any which way they can the the smart better compensated people left long ago.

Horrible. Territories are unfair. Analytics just had their MVP from last year quit. Analytics leadership are a bunch of dumb jocks; the RM in the west is a mean spirited woman. It is bad.

This is not the best company to work for and you should really take that to heart. If you're expecting this to be a fortifying career, look elsewhere.
