
Oracle has a formal feedback process but it is designed by management and legal to protect the company. The real feedback comes one-on-one with your manager. Oracle has changed, and there are some good managers but many are new, even at the Group Vice President level and are unclear of what skills are needed.
Nonexistent except to criticize. Still you complete perfunctory appraisals that mean nothing and do NOT influence your pay.
