It depends almost entirely on the organization within Oracle for which one works. e.g. - Commercial Lawyer, Business Strategists, Deal Managers, etc. often have some freedom to work from home at least some of the time. Overall, Oracle is open to it depending on circumstances. I work entirely from home.

Right now most everyone is working from home. Before the pandemic our team worked in the office 4 days a week and from home 1 day a week. This was great.

Manager's discretion, but in general WFH is acceptable with or without advance notice. Some employees WFH full time.
