    Bonus based on contribution. Oracle's HR objectives seems to be to not pay employees for contribution. No salary increase for 16 years.

    Pay increases and bonuses are random, inconsistent, and not tied to performance. Equity is rare/insignificant compared to other companies

    Even when you receive employee recognition awards and the highest annual review rating, pay increase doesn't match inflation.

    Pay as much as the competitors are paying. Understand that losing people costs the company money long-term.
