I genuinely like the service industry and that is what our company is supposed to be founded on. However, constant need for implementation of products, programs, and production interfering programs, makes it hard for us to service customers as we are too busy working through programs and monitoring.

They work hard to get jobs done even if we can't. We all feel the same after every job as if we worked extremely over worked and they try to help as much as possible. Communication skills is on point with the technicians except management.
