Freedom and some managers don't micromanage and other ones do so it's a double edge sword. Being off at a decent time like 3 PM, but they really suck and want you to work till 6 PM sometimes and you don't get paid between stops

Customers cant get a hold of the office and the technicians handle everything.
Broken equipment. Rude management. Better equipment and competent management.

STOP OVER WORKING EMPLOYEES AND GIVE BETTER PAY. BE FAIR. BETTER MANAGEMENT. STOP WELCOMING STARTS WHEN THERE ISNT ENOUGH EMPLOYEES.
The company only cares about more money. I have a large work load and cant take a day off.. im tired and work well over 40 a week and they keep adding more stops to my route. Managers dont help in anyway. I have a manager who will come meet me at a stop to "help" and sit in his truck until im done.
Hold people accountable and follow the laws
Stop lying. Call center lies just ti make money. Technitians have to deal with it.
