I genuinely like the service industry and that is what our company is supposed to be founded on. However, constant need for implementation of products, programs, and production interfering programs, makes it hard for us to service customers as we are too busy working through programs and monitoring.

Freedom and some managers don't micromanage and other ones do so it's a double edge sword. Being off at a decent time like 3 PM, but they really suck and want you to work till 6 PM sometimes and you don't get paid between stops

I like the structure that Orkin has built over the years, but the people at the Regional level are difficult to work with and unreasonable. Shady even.
