What do you like best about the leadership team?The leadership team works hard to create a sense of community and purpose across the company that aligns well with our mission to create the best learning experience possible for healthcare professionals.
What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone genuinely wants to see everyone succeed. We take the time to get to know each other and learn how we can support each other. Connecting with teammates can be a tricky thing to achieve in a distributed environment, but Osmosis has made this a natural priority.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I do not feel undervalued, but I have taken on more responsibility than my role initially specified, which I dont mind. However, I do believe this should eventually result in a salary adjustment.
