What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Benefits are getting worse every year. Health insurance premiums are going up, but we get less coverage. They're doing less for the hourly employees, but the higher ups are getting bigger bonuses. They need to start caring about all of the employees equally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? They keep cutting our benefits every year. Our health insurance premiums keep going up, but we get less and less. They used to give out merit based increases every year, but haven't for the last 2 years and won't be this year either. We used to get quarterly bonuses, but they took those away, too.
