How does Outerwall handle HR issues?
I had issues with my manager. HR acted as though they were an unbiased mediator but in all actuality, they sided with the manager on everything. As a sounding board, they heard my side but had no recourse or resolution for me. My manager’s manager sided with the manager as well. Eventually I left & have no regrets. I was with the company for several years before they went private. Things may be different now.
