Because I work hard and put the more effort into the job. And sometimes I don't get credit and appreciate it by the people who are supposed to be assisting me. The company gives a new system for employees without teaching the employees about it and expect them to get it the application doneBut can't

It would be nice to get extra pay with extra responsibilities. I'm a fan of always going above and beyond in my profession, but I don't want to be taken advantage of for it. Some people are being asked to do several jobs without being offered compensation. HOWEVER, I do really love working here.
