Diversity and not play favorites
Add structure and consistency to business goals, then communicate them to ALL employees. Everybody that has performed well and been working here for more than 2 years should have a salary that's at minimum comparable to the job title's market average salary.
CMO has favorites, National Sales Exec bullies, HR untrustworthy, CRO doesn't solve problems. Exec team needs to move on so people who like our product can stay.
Eliminate rampant nepotism. All decision value loyalty and the good old boys club over competence and who is most qualified/deserving. Truly a toxic culture permeating through the entire organization.
Taking care of all the worker's. Stop favoritism.
Market average salary, better health insurance, more PTO.
Sometimes feel under appreciated, would love to see some more overtime or stock options.
Being paid fair market value based on the market I live in.
Because I work hard and put the more effort into the job. And sometimes I don't get credit and appreciate it by the people who are supposed to be assisting me. The company gives a new system for employees without teaching the employees about it and expect them to get it the application doneBut can't
It would be nice to get extra pay with extra responsibilities. I'm a fan of always going above and beyond in my profession, but I don't want to be taken advantage of for it. Some people are being asked to do several jobs without being offered compensation. HOWEVER, I do really love working here.
Co-workers are afraid of managers and therefore they hide. Too much favoritism and bullying for co-workers to be honest with each other and work effectively.
Stop playing favorites and rewarding atrocious behavior because they are your friends/family.
We just need everyone to do their jobs and stop playing around. Some of us work for a living.
Move out senior leadership and give the company a chance.
The turn over is very high especially in the sales dept
Value competence, fairness, trust instead of favoritism, nepotism, and self preservation.
Have an actual recruiting team who is qualified and staffed appropriately.
I was a temp-to-hire, but watching new people go through the interview process is torture. Multiple rounds, meeting so many people, waiting periods, background checks that take months. it's ridiculous. We've LOST potential employees because they got other jobs or simply decided it took too long
The operations needs to be better. There should be more support for sales team.
You need to launch an investigation on your operation manager in St. Louis market Doug cheatham pushes to hard and is an unsafe liar
This is a business that comes without sales people. It would be good if national leadership got out of comfort zone so we could grow.
There isn’t anything that I can think
Too many people getting lay off and replaced by technology devices. It's awful.
Leaders holding other leaders accountable for the basic functions of their job.
