The quarterly bonus for management. For sales, getting pod on renewals.
It's fair. The health insurance seems to cover everything i personally need it to.

We all strive toward the same goal and everyone is helpful.
The team is collaborative, enjoy coming together and sharing stories.
Hard work and team work makes the day run smoothly.
The collaborative nature of the Team... The Inclusive culture, the D&I Program that is being run by the two Co-Chief Diversity Officers, all of the ERGs. The LA HR team and Sales Leadership team is the best that I have ever dealt with in my entire career.

Work with a wide variaty of ethnicities and gender accepting people.
I hope I don't sound redundant when I say support. There is great comraderie in my office.

My interviewer was straight to the point. Told me what the job is and the work I will be doing.
