they whip me and yell daddy
charasimatic view and a perfect time spent there
They are very supportive and nice
They fulfill their purpose, make the team motivate, everyone follows their work with the right order and assignments
We work hard and are able to empathize with one another very easily. We feel like a family.
Offer more structured training, in depth pointers on how to do any job without guess work/trial and error to improve efficiency. Make sure leaders are the PIC not bosses
They need to be thoroughly investigated in the area of chattanoog, Hixson, Cleveland, and ringold area
Needs to be better at cohesiveness and not having obvious bias's.
I personally think the leadership team needs to better listen to the lower level employees. If youre not a manager or above, your concerns will not be listened to
Review from Sales Dept
They need to hold themselves to the same standards as their associates and to care about the people working for them.
I get health care with panda and my wage is pretty good for food work.
Review from Operations Dept
Good benefit and fair pay hour
I really want to use the vision insurance, I want to have surgery to be able to see completely, it would be a miracle
Overall impact as a store, health, tuition, and technology discounts for everyday purchases. 401k Matching at 4% is number 1.
Insurance and 401K. My Husband working in huge communication company. He researched that Panda offer amazing insurance.
Getting better hours and being less understaffed
Corncerns are not taken seriously and employer addresses the problem its not solved.
The only thing that can make me feel better is thag when theyre change the management and get rid of the bad apple.
I personally have been working for Panda Express for about 8 to 9 months, I know a lot of things that have of my shift lead do not know. Every time we get a new employee, I am one of the ones who will be training them. Alot of new employees will/are getting paid more than me.
Review from Sales Dept
More raises rather than 25 cents a year.
My team all love me and see how hard I work and get angry they refuse to promote me or acknowledge my hard work.
Cooperation as team work .
Our sense of family. We each work hard and push one another to succeed our goals.
All of my coworkers are very hard workers and have no problem getting through the day but management needs to change before everyone leaves to new opportunities.
The team is great we work hard.
Listening and getting to know the root cause instead of putting a bandaid on it
Communicarion, and team work. We had a solid team but
Better leaders. And those leaders need better leaders. No one values time or communication anymore and many people show up late or call in. This happens daily.
Teaching and providing examples to the team of what needs to be done.
The associates (red shirts) are generally fine, they need better guidance in a lot of cases and probably a bit more delegation so things arent missed. The managers do nothing but prep vegetables and sit on a computer all day, my store has no shift leaders (they all quit, i wonder why?)
at the risk of diabetes and blood triglyceride count increase all the free food while on shift
The cooks are nice but front of house is terrible to each other and hours are unfair in the sense of favoritism.
the posters about our culture
Sharing each other life stories daily and job issues, where it seems we're connected.
We get free food there
Gm and AM need to be activley involved with employees with their concerns, feelings etc.
I don't know honestly. Tbh
Treating people and coworkers as human and not just rude, strict, and calling them names
This company needs better management training.
Panda forces its employees to pay out of pocket for expensive new-age self help classes to even be considered for promotion.
Review from Sales Dept
I liked what panda was supposed to be like but I was not shown anything I was told in the interview and panda did not do what they said they would do based on my performance.
It felt like I was part of the panda family
There is, honestly, not much I can say about the interview processes, since I haven't been able to observe them much, but I recall having a positive experience at mine. I liked the hospitality that they offered.
The questions and the presentation
Evaluation of oneself working in a restaurant environment. Questions, relative to entire job function.
less interviews for just a regular starting position
to not be afraid to turn down people cause they dojt meet the requirements
Many things i cannot explain right now but better regard for candidates
The manager was late to my interview
Review from Operations Dept
The person who took my interview seemed uninterested and it was over zoom which was not enjoyable
Review from Customer Success Dept
Solving problems and helping team
Connecting with customers and them enjoying their food.
Seeing my team and i succeed.
able to help my team to growth in the company
Review from Operations Dept
My coworkers and that they provide free meals.
Better structured training by competent people who know the pointers to doing the job easier. This job can be fast paced but doesn't have to be difficult.
This location is poorly managed and poorly staffed
Lots of tasks to undergo in a short amount of time
Replace the manager and assistant manager, training for new hires, manager won't answer the phone for work unless clocked in regardless who or why they try to contact him.
Illegal employment practices, discrimination and unreasonable demands.
