What did you like most about the interview process?

I got to meet a nice cross-section of the company and teams that I'd be working with; the team and CEO sent out Loom recordings with nice notes after the offer was delivered

I was able to speak with everyone on my team, a post sales team member and our CEO in the interview process. I was judged on my skills and my conversations, not just my resume and experience.

The interview process was challenging, but it showed me I had a great deal to learn if I joined the team. Entry-level culture is defined by how it develops its reps, and I developed my skillset just within my interview process. It showed me Pave's the place to be if I wished to reach my potential.
