Incredibly high expectations with very little support. Executives throw people under the bus to spare themselves

Pave is an incredibly dynamic and fun place to work. The team is aligned and excited about the mission -- to improve pay. Our customers are passionate about our product because it's solving real problems for them. There's no where to go but up!

Pave is an organization with the most talented people I have ever worked with. We are a hardworking, collaborative group with a bias toward action.

I really appreciate the openness and transparency that our leadership team has. I feel supported, heard, and have great trust in our leadership team and it was one of the many things that attracted me to join Pave.

The transparency about what is going right and wrong.

My leaders are so accessible. I can get time with my CEO on a weekly basis and can share direct feedback, my VP is there to help me with my deals, my manager strategized with me on my book. Leadership is incredibly supportive and abundantly transparent.

CEO is young, but working very ethically and smart to lead from the front. The leadership around him are not much of people managers, but they are smart.

The leadership team is too clueless and disconnected with the rest of the company

Leadership across many departments seem to want everyone to be happy without taking responsibility for anyone not being happy. If you're unhappy, it's your fault.

Competitive salary and healthcare benefits

Fair compensation and benefits. Could use more commuter benefits though considering the requirement to be in office.

Generous salary; some roles also get signing bonuses

Because we are a comp company where every employee has access to real time market data, there is no need to wonder if you're being paid, you can look it up. Additionally our equity grants are generous and we are eligible for refreshers more frequently than any other org I've been part of.

Benefits are poor compared to other companies. Stock options are very poor.

Stability and accuracy of the product and data

I would like to have more benefits in terms of transportation expenses, internet paid for (despite being a big in-office push), matching 401k, and a wellness expense for professional learning and health expenses

The individual contributors at Pave make the company a lot better. Everyone is great to work with and fun to hang out with, but they are all stressed from leadership and worried about their jobs everyday...

I love my team here at Pave. I'm surrounded by hardworking, fun, & driven people, which inspires me in so many ways. I constantly feel supported, but also challenged to push myself to be better at my job. Overall there's a really special group of people here at Pave & I'm grateful to be a part it.

I got to meet a nice cross-section of the company and teams that I'd be working with; the team and CEO sent out Loom recordings with nice notes after the offer was delivered

I think its a mix of the people I get to work with here at Pave and really seeing the value of our product and how we are really helping solve customers pain. I'm excited to go to work everyday and there are so many things that factor into this, but really its the people here.
