What do you like best about the leadership team?

I really appreciate the openness and transparency that our leadership team has. I feel supported, heard, and have great trust in our leadership team and it was one of the many things that attracted me to join Pave.

The transparency about what is going right and wrong.

My leaders are so accessible. I can get time with my CEO on a weekly basis and can share direct feedback, my VP is there to help me with my deals, my manager strategized with me on my book. Leadership is incredibly supportive and abundantly transparent.

CEO is young, but working very ethically and smart to lead from the front. The leadership around him are not much of people managers, but they are smart.
