What are some of the best things about your team?
The individual contributors at Pave make the company a lot better. Everyone is great to work with and fun to hang out with, but they are all stressed from leadership and worried about their jobs everyday...
I love my team here at Pave. I'm surrounded by hardworking, fun, & driven people, which inspires me in so many ways. I constantly feel supported, but also challenged to push myself to be better at my job. Overall there's a really special group of people here at Pave & I'm grateful to be a part it.
The team defaults to be collaborative, helpful and free of ego!

My team is made up of like minded but diverse people. Because of the transparency of our leadership, we all are aware of what we stand to gain. Due to our culture of learning and development, everyone plays a role in helping the next person get to where you are and sharing tribal knowledge.

Peers play huge roles in your development; I can say with integrity this is the most impressive team I've ever been a part of. Pave is the NBA of SaaS, and while it's hard to stand out in the NBA, it's crucial to remember that my colleagues THROW IT DOWN and earn their spot. Every. Single. Day.
We are all very collaborative while pushing everyone to do better each day. This fosters growth and a 'we're all in this together' feel!
