What is the best part about your compensation package?

Competitive salary and healthcare benefits

Fair compensation and benefits. Could use more commuter benefits though considering the requirement to be in office.

Generous salary; some roles also get signing bonuses

Because we are a comp company where every employee has access to real time market data, there is no need to wonder if you're being paid, you can look it up. Additionally our equity grants are generous and we are eligible for refreshers more frequently than any other org I've been part of.
