What are some of the best things about your team?

My teammates really try to be a part of a team and communicate, but most of our employees are burned out.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

My PTO is wonderful. But this is not enough to keep me here. I have almost obtained my grad degree and am still paid less than $21 an hour.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Priorities and learning to have more stability. The team pivots way too much. They provide little to no personal professional development time and if they do it is very lackluster. Also, communication is not transparent and takes time to trickle down from the upper echelon on the leadership team.
