What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything as they are not from higher ed.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We all are supportive of each other. The managers are not always caring, but the team members are.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The work is unjustly divided and thankless. We got a cheesy Christmas gift and then we are told before the holidays we may be laid off. We are underpaid compared to our competitors.
