What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My job environment is pretty laid back overall that is the best thing about the company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers already do an outstanding job. There aren't anything I would change about them besides the communication throughout the business that is about it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do bookkeeping and small accounting at my job. In the state of NC bookkeepers start of a pay at $15 hourly. I am only making $10 currently. On top of all my daily duties that I do I feel like I am being underpaid.
