I get to work from home! I only have to deal with negative and narrow-minded during meetings.

My direct team gets down to the point, but we genuinely care about each other's well-being first and foremost. We collaborate effectively and brainstorm daily.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is new this year. She does not micromanage and puts students and families first. Our leadership team is there to support us. If they do not know the answer, they will ask elsewhere.
