Scorers are not compensated for the level of experience they have as teachers. Less than $20. an hour is an insult. Is it because the workers are typically older women? Please give us a raise!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if we had a significant raise. We have decades of experience and are working to help score teacher licensure tests. The compensation is not adequate.
