What is the best part about your compensation package? The 529 contribution! This was a big sign to me that Peloton cares about attracting and retaining parents, which as a mom I really value.
What makes you most happy at work?I've always wanted to work at Peloton and I am excited to market a product I so wholeheartedly believe in. I love my projects and how I get to be creative. My manager is so fun and makes me excited about my work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Culture is very open and cross-team functionality is very efficient. Many peers are willing to lean in and help out (in many cases without having to ask). My first hand experience has been that the company wants to take care of team members so we can take care of members.
