Pep Boys Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Its fair to give you decent retirement in the future

Goid pay and good bonuses monthly

I don't see any problems with it and I don't concern myself with it but I'm OK with it overall

All benefits are very good

Review from Product Dept

All the benefits are good enough

It's all good and find

401k (which is no longer being matched, up until a year ago) paid vacation time (much needed)

Review from Sales Dept

Acceptable mannerable flexible earned satisfying

The compensation package employed discounted

Review from Sales Dept

Review from Sales Dept

Review from Sales Dept

More vacation time than comparable companies

Review from Sales Dept

There are No benefits given

I think they provide excellent customer service for their employees and a benefit package that is above par.

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

wages are not good for the area

When the employee makes $18 an hour and they are charging $180 an hour for my labor that's far from a fair compensation. The training is almost entirely online with no further gains to be made at this level

a new manager that can manage

Being paid for the work being completed, being paid workers compesation for serious injuries sustained at work. Not being harressed or dealing with rumors/drama being spread causing an unsafe and unprofessional workplace.

A livable wage and benefits we can afford that aren't bottom tier. A decent increase in base rate because the mechanics and techs have no control of what's coming in on a given day and productivity numbers aren't always achievable due to no fault of our own.

They have made big claims and failed to deliver

Overworked, under paid, not appreciated

I was an assistant manager at the celebration store along with the store manager and one other assistant manager I was the only one who ever had my days off moved and never got them like I was supposed to I worked a lot of hours never got a raise barely got anything to show for it except for the doo

They feel that they own you and you do not have the right to any time with your family. This is the position of the AD's. They have their favorites that they help and the rest of us get screwed.

Nothing to be completely honest. I wish I never took this job to begin with. Waisted aver a year and a half here. Every moment was horrible

Better pakage affordable for people how ate not making a wage to afford them

Review from Product Dept

No one takes any responsibility for anything

Im missing a two week commision, talk to me area and director manager they told me they were going to back track it, its been 2 months already

Pay is competitive, however, the benefits could be more attractive.

Better pay than what the "cap" is

If I was given the pay that I was promised

i get overworked and i dont get enough money and i feel unsafe at work

If upper management actually cared about things other than their wallet, and weren't two faced.

Contract and store management upgrade

I have been employed for two years, work in every position around the store, complete tasks with no complaints, and have never received a pay raise. Employed for two years I have only had one job evaluation.
