What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

A new manager that knows how to manage a store.

They need leadership, honesty, and better, more competent people

Advertising is aweful. Labor rates are too high. How can the company claim to stick it to the dealer when the labor cost is higher.

BLACK DRIVERS are NOT being TREATED FAIRLY

Distribution Manager in Philadelphia need to be fired

Review from Product Dept

Listen to the people like me, I was at the store while it was being remodeled jackhammer is going in the main lobby while customers are in there I personally made that store what it is right now there were no IT department to hook up the computers, I had to physically move every single thing in that

I have been pushed into a corner moving too another store while i have no say. I have migraines with auras and i have been discriminated with my disability.

care more about the customers, and less about stores hitting their quota every day. "we take care of people, AND their cars" is the new saying. its hard when every store needs to hit a quota of 5,6,7,8 thousand dollars a day, becomes less of "taking car of customers" and more of "what can we sell"

Review from Sales Dept

You want good workers, paid them for their good work, Money comes from both customer and employess, if you guys make sure your employees are happy they will make sure to please the customer

Upper management has toxic behavior and speech.

Allow employees to bring up issues to leadership.

Review from Sales Dept
