Prices keep going up and the foot traffic is going down. Make VCP more marketable. Offer discounts on supplies or more rewards.
A lot of the products being sold are useless and expensive and customers know this and do boice out anout it. Some come here do to they only have 2 choices, petco or petsmart that is convienate for them. Some of the products we have I would never use for my pet. Voice out and nothing never changes.

Get rid of management team and find others
Field leadership thinks they know what is best but each store has a separate demographic that creates a unique culture of issues. Not all stores operate the same due to this and each one is expected to be ran the same as a high volume high staffed location out west.

The way the company undervalues the true reason the company is successful...the front line workers!
Our customers see that we are short staffed. They see that one cashier is getting fish for a group of people while they wait to be checked out. We can't keep great customer service if we can't provide it.
The company's losing employees like an unstoppable flood of diarrhea. Maybe if they treated and paid us better we'd actually stick around.

Every store is understaffed because corporate is being cheap with how much hours we are allowed to schedule. Quit being cheap. Start caring about your retail workers and the live animals in our care
