What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not trained and overworked. Underpaid
Our store leaders were a great team who worked well together, supported each other and their staff and made our jobs easier. They truly cared about their team.
If stores were to govern themselves... Things would run way smoother.
The team is always patient, understanding, and watchful of its subordinates.
Store level management is fantastic, until they become overworked and burnt out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance options are flexible and you have a lot of choices

Everyone gets along the ones that are bad are the store manager
Everyone is friendly, supportive, hardworking.
There are some that are willing to learn. Some that are so compassionate about animals it makes you forget about the corrupt corporate you work for. Then you have your boss that is just working non-stop to make the stop the best without any recognition for the top.

We all have a sense of humor. We take the hard stuff corporate piles on us and make it fun. Plus, we have amazing customers. The furry ones are the best!
What did you like most about the interview process?
Quick and straightforward process. Application was easy to follow

I like to work at a fast pace, i go in and do my job
New projects, holiday seasons, training employees, going over the store numbers. Weird stuff like that.

The new CEO. He is going to do wonderful things for that company. The work is enjoyable, and most customers are great! The satisfaction of the job is good, they just need to pay better for employee retention.
