Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Hours worked and ammount of work done is not reflected on pay. Bartender base pay is same as server, but with only bartop to serve, so low tips.

I'm a very experienced cook, have been a chef in multiple places and also a very experienced wok cook within this company. Was almost a chef at Chang's before I left. Having a family emergency caused me to have to take some time off, and management has remained petty about that towards me ever since

Dental and vision coverage at least

We have no benefits, and when you mention it your hours get cut, just pay your workers what they're worth, especially when they're doing more than just their own job since no one else will do it

Review from Customer Success Dept

I dont work for this company . Whike my value wasnt shown at all ..

until recently as a line cook I was being paid less than the dishwasher. I understand some cooks have been here for years but I do not believe they should be making $4-5 an hour more than me to do the exact same job with the same responsibilities

I felt like a number under Frank

Review from Operations Dept

There is little recognition for hard workers and blantant favorites are picked even though i do my job better

I don’t feel valued I’m constantly disrespected by management and s

I was such a hard worker if you even look at my charts, I've always been really good at what I do. It's just a job that does not set you up for success

be given reasonable accommodations for diagnosed neurodivergence

Actually being compensated for the labor being done.

Better and more understandable mangement

Hours are constantly cut and especially as an HOURLY employee it is scary wondering if I will be able to pay my bills with my meager salary. The base rate of pay is not high enough especially when the company seems to be in strict refusal of giving employees raises.

new hires are given fair market value compensation and tenured employees have not even remotely been brought up to market value. There is no reward for their commitment and loyalty to the brand.

Weekly payday, no technical issues with tips loading, attainable benefits

A raised would be nice Many of us do multiple jobs since we short staffed

It's not about money. It's about respect. There was a time when great employees were treated like great employees. Unfortunately, that ended.

I have been working here for a year now. Im still at the same starting pay i was at when i started. I do more than what i was hired to actually do.

My manager insults me daily
