What did you like most about the interview process?I liked the asked about scenarios and how I would deal or have dealt with certain situations. I also likes their personability and openness to be able to talk about saftey and orientation
What makes you most happy at work?I like to go in on my shift and do a great job everyday. Every decision I make counts for my team and the customers we are producing for. I like to send out quality parts and to know we are making the customers of our company satisfied
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I think the positives are we have an on-site HR leader, on-site ergonomics, and we have a team player attitude and open door policies.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Management needs to work harder to earn employees trust. Communication and professionalism needs to improve.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Team leaders put employee to slack off too often behind quota and team leaders hardly be on the floor to check his/her team work. Team lead keep making up reason for excuse. A real team leader can be a great improvement. Team leader should be someone from outsider of the company as to hire.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Communication and professionalism needs to get better. HR needs to be available to employees more.
