I love the ways we can use our benefits and health insurance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pipefy has a fast-growing environment, but not always our salary matches our level of responsibility. It would be nice to clarify titles and responsibilities, so we don't feel left behind.

Although we are a global company, our Brazilian team is often not proportionally compensated even with the local market. This can be frustrating not only because the salary is uncompetitive but also because of the high level of commitment that the company requires and expects from its employees.

The team is very collaborative and always willing to help. No one is "above" anything and they look for people that are willing to help wherever needed. Everyone seems focused on the same things and work together to accomplish goals.

They listen. If you have a grievance they will hear it out. If there are issues there are plenty of ways to share with leadership. They also address them. There are town halls dedicated for this. It is a very open and honest culture.
