What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very friendly and kind. When we get together in person everyone is welcoming and inclusive. I felt comfortable even when i was new.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have direct access to the leadership team. I have been introduced (sometimes even in person) to leadership who I don't even directly work under. The ones I do directly work under are available and willing/interested in collaboration. They also allow us to own our work and want to hear our input.
