I have been asked to change my role the most relative to my peers, each move has resulted in more backend work. Despite being told I was performing well in my last role, I was told I had to change to a job with little career path or likely not have a job.
We mostly have a strong, proactive team
They seem to know their vision
We have a strong team
Above my manager, they have a track record of building valuable organizations
It seems like no one cares about the work I do, so why am I being asked to do it?
Most of my associates are similar in age and understand today's work culture. We work a lot, but we are left alone on our time off.
Most are quick to respond to questions and open to conversations. Most seem to do a very good job of listening, and trying to understand the situation before moving on.
Our team has been short staffed for months and are constantly asked to rebuild our reporting, which I dont think is understood. 12-14 hr days are common, our work is very manual, and we are constantly holding other's hands to do simple tasks.
