Company is overall good, people I work with are great, but my manager is not the best. Communication with them is very tough and the messaging behind how they communicate is not ideal. I have had issues with them for a while.

My immediate team is tight, we work together well.

I feel we have very competitive compensation packages compared to the rest of the industry.

The executive team seems to be very open about the goals and future of the company

The work from home environment is great, everyone is laid back and understands family comes first.

I feel the company actually cares about the employees rather than just the bottom line. It seems if they have happy employees, the profit will follow.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I know when I was having issues at the company in my first 6 months, my leadership team listened to me and acted on the issues I brought up. I feel the Point Wild leaders truly care about the employees
What are some of the best things about your team?
we truly are a team. the accounting team has gone through so much in the last year together, from the transition from aura, to new management to the WD conversion. It has been a lot but we have stuck together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The raise and review process needs an overhaul. Currently you are not rated based on your own skills/year, you are rated based on how you compare to everyone else. If others deem to get more of a raise, it means even if you were worthy of it, you get less because they got more.
