My experience since day one has been fantastic. So good that it almost feels too good, but after being here for 3/4 of a year I can verify that everything is as good as it first appeared.

Delivering high quality code that meets or exceeds expectations. That and tackling new challenges as they come up.

The culture is very forward thinking while also being grounded in reality. It knows how to balance speed and rigor to get the best out of it's teams.

Being a new team the fact that we all came together like we have been working together for years. We are all experts in our fields and it shows. The team is also very open to input from anyone which is great to see.
