Work life balance appears to be important to those I work with and for.

I generally enjoy working. I like being given something to own, and allowed to turn it into something.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The unlimited time off. I don't and won't fully utilize it, but it's nice to know that it's there.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works at a team. True...everyone has their own things to get done, but I don't feel judged or at competition with my peers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the truly open doors at this place. I've never thought twice about knocking on a door and asking for help. Everyone has been so kind and generous with their time.
