Overall its a great company. It is very difficult to take PTO days and often my manager asks if the full day is necessary. It is seen as a negative to take time off from work.

We are close knit, deal with a lot of issues together that makes us stronger.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very open about the company as a whole, what the plan is short term and long term.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team members are great. I really enjoy working with them. Upper management is really easy to work for as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the company could do more with benefits, as they increased quite a bit for employees over the last year. The company also made it difficult for employees to earn a good wage increase. I do not feel my manager cares about us as people sometimes.
